Exoskeleton monsters go down quite easily with stun gun+melee takedown :P. ![]() ![]() Upon impact, the Tranquilizer Dart deals 26 base damage to the target, which increases with the quality of the rifle it is fired from. Also, consider aiming for the head at all times, since some augmented enemies later on can take at least one shot without going down. The Tranquilizer Dart is a type of Torpidity-raising ammunition for use in a Longneck Rifle. You do not need ANY weapon at all to make a non lethal playthrough not even biocells. Headshots with them give same amount of XP as usual melee takedown. It uses tesla ammo, which can be crafted from parts, which are common and easy to find as well as bought for a reasonable price. I have not used any biocells on my first non lethal playthrough. You can perform a take down as many time as you want. With full recharge upgrades and delay upgrades, your battery recharges in a second. You do not need to recharge yourself if you want to do takedowns only. Definitely carry both - the tranquilizer rifle is absolutely superior what with it's increased range, accuracy and the scope, BUT the stun gun is priceless because it can temporarily disable. Why bother with weapons if you are a walking, talking gun yourself?Ammo is more common than biocells, and sometimes it's inconvenient to wait for them to recharge.
